Rachel's Podcast - Where Women & Leadership meet
Welcome to 'Where Women & Leadership meet', the podcast where you can tap into decades of expertise in strategy and profound inner work across professional, personal, physical, and spiritual realms.
I am an expert in Strategy and Leadership with decades of experience, and I am guiding leaders through the complexities of today's ever-changing world.
I created my own Leadership academy and you will find all the information on my social media and website (links at the end of the description)
The content in my podcast is unique as it is very rare to find someone who has massive experience in the corporate world building strategies, and who worked intensively on all 4 areas (professional, personal, physical, spiritual) on 3 levels ( physical, emotional, spiritual).
I dedicated my life to go as far as possible in all 4 areas and I am now here to share everything I learned to empower women in leadership.
Even if you have the title and the responsibilities, you might feel that you are not in your full power and this where I can help.
Especially at a time when the world is also undergoing massive shifts.
I truly hope that you will find the content useful.
I am looking forward to sharing everything I've learned.
Now more than ever, the world needs women in their full power.

Rachel's Podcast - Where Women & Leadership meet
Forgiveness, Leadership & Women
In this episode, the final one of 2024 and the concluding chapter of my first season, I delve in the powerful concept of forgiveness, an essential step in the journey of empowerment. From my perspective, forgiveness is the key to completing the circle: learning the lessons, transmuting pain into power, and moving forward with strength.
For women, especially as we reach perimenopause & menopause, maintaining balance is crucial for our body to transition smoothly. Forgiveness plays a pivotal role in releasing the people, places, and things that no longer serve us and reach our full power. Our bodies hold all the energy and emotions of old experiences. If we don't work on releasing these old energies/emotions, it will make this period of transition extremely difficult on all levels.
One of the most powerful tools for this process is the practice of Ho'oponopono—a Hawaiian healing method (I’m sorry, Forgive me, I forgive you, I love you, Thank you). This practice can help close the loops, allowing us to step into our full power.
I hope this episode helps you on your journey toward becoming the empowered leader and woman you are meant to be, and lead your own ship.
I wish you all a happy end of year, and I look forward to seeing you in the new season of my podcast next year.
